About Cofar-D Junior Syrup
Cofar-D Junior Syrup is the infant-strength variant of Cofar-D with lower CPM dose (1 mg vs 2 mg) per 5 ml. Suitable for younger children where standard adult CPM dose may cause excessive drowsiness or paradoxical excitation.
The reduced CPM dose minimises sedation while retaining the dual cough-suppression + antihistamine action. Particularly useful in young children with dry cough disturbing sleep.
