About Ranifer-SPAS Tablet
Ranifer-SPAS Tablet combines Ranitidine 150 mg with Dicyclomine 10 mg — for hyperacidity with abdominal cramps, gastritis with spasm, and irritable bowel syndrome with hyperacidity.

Mechanism of Action
Ranitidine is an H2 receptor antagonist — competitively blocks histamine-mediated gastric acid secretion. Dicyclomine is anticholinergic antispasmodic providing direct smooth muscle relaxation.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily before meals.

Headache, dizziness, rare hepatic dysfunction, gynaecomastia (long-term high-dose), thrombocytopenia. Dry mouth, drowsiness (Dicyclomine).
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity, severe hepatic disease, renal impairment (dose adjust). Note NDMA contamination concerns. Narrow-angle glaucoma, severe GI obstruction.
