About Truceb-DM Tablet
Truceb-DM Tablet combines Acebrophylline 200 mg + Desloratadine 5 mg + Montelukast 10 mg — comprehensive triple-action therapy for allergic asthma with thick mucus. Mucolytic + bronchodilator + antihistamine + leukotriene blockade.

Mechanism of Action
Acebrophylline is a complex of ambroxol and theophylline-7-acetate — providing combined mucolytic effect (ambroxol component: stimulates surfactant, depolymerises mucus mucopolysaccharide fibres) and PDE-inhibitor bronchodilation (theophylline component). Used for COPD, chronic bronchitis, and asthma with thick mucus. Desloratadine is non-sedating H1 antihistamine. Montelukast blocks cysteinyl leukotriene receptors.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet once daily in evening.
Side Effects
Tremor, palpitations, tachycardia (xanthine effects), nausea, GI upset, headache. Headache, GI upset.
Contraindications & Precautions
Severe cardiac arrhythmia, severe peptic ulcer, hyperthyroidism, seizure disorders, severe hepatic impairment. Hypersensitivity to any component.
