About Trymosin-Forte Tablet
Trymosin-Forte combines the proteolytic enzymes Trypsin 48 mg and Bromelain 90 mg with the bioflavonoid Rutoside Trihydrate 100 mg. The triple-action formulation works on fibrin, inflammatory exudate and capillary fragility simultaneously.
It is widely prescribed for sprains, contusions, post-operative oedema, sports injury, thrombophlebitis, varicose vein symptoms and chronic venous insufficiency where inflammation co-exists with capillary leak.

Mechanism of Action
Trypsin and Bromelain are proteolytic enzymes that break down fibrin and inflammatory exudates, reducing local oedema. Bromelain additionally inhibits kinin and prostaglandin generation. Rutoside (a quercetin glycoside) reduces capillary permeability, stabilises endothelial cells and inhibits red-cell aggregation, addressing the venous and microvascular component of swelling.
