About Truace-PG SR Tablet
Truace-PG SR Tablet is a sustained-release combination of Aceclofenac 200 mg (NSAID, higher strength for once- or twice-daily dosing) with Pregabalin 75 mg (alpha-2-delta calcium-channel modulator). It targets mixed nociceptive-neuropathic pain.
It is widely prescribed for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, sciatica, fibromyalgia and chronic low-back pain with radicular component — providing 12–24 hour pain control.

Mechanism of Action
Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase to reduce prostaglandin-mediated inflammation and nociceptive pain. Pregabalin binds the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in CNS neurons, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters (glutamate, substance P, calcitonin gene-related peptide) and quieting neuropathic pain signals. The SR matrix provides extended plasma levels for sustained relief.
