About Abiclop-ASP 150 Capsule
Abiclop-ASP 150 Capsule combines Clopidogrel 75 mg with higher-dose Aspirin 150 mg in pellet form — for established CAD requiring stronger antiplatelet effect. Higher Aspirin dose used in selected post-MI and post-stent patients.

Mechanism of Action
Clopidogrel is a thienopyridine antiplatelet — irreversibly blocks platelet P2Y12 ADP receptor preventing platelet aggregation. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits platelet COX-1 reducing thromboxane synthesis. DAPT for established cardiovascular disease.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 capsule once daily after food.
Side Effects
Bleeding, bruising, GI upset, peptic ulcer (aspirin), rare TTP.
Contraindications & Precautions
Active bleeding, severe peptic ulcer, recent haemorrhagic stroke, aspirin allergy.
