About Kojicus-TX Cream
Kojicus-TX Cream is a premium multi-mechanism depigmenting cream combining Tranexamic Acid 10% (anti-plasmin depigmenter), Kojic Acid Dipalmitate 2% (stable kojic acid ester), Alpha Arbutin 1.5% (advanced melanogenesis inhibitor), Mulberry Extract 1%, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate 1% (stable Vitamin C) and Vitamin E 1%.
It is indicated for stubborn melasma, recalcitrant post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, dermal pigmentation and as adjunct to oral tranexamic acid therapy.

Mechanism of Action
Tranexamic Acid inhibits plasmin in keratinocytes, reducing UV-induced melanogenesis at multiple levels. Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is a stable ester that releases kojic acid gradually, inhibiting tyrosinase. Alpha Arbutin is a more stable arbutin isomer with better tyrosinase inhibition than regular arbutin. Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate is a stable Vitamin C derivative. Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Mulberry adds further depigmenting effect.
