About Cofar-A Syrup (100ml)
Cofar-A Syrup combines Ambroxol 15 mg (mucolytic), Terbutaline 1.25 mg (selective beta-2 bronchodilator) and Guaifenesin (expectorant) per 5 ml. Used for productive cough with bronchospasm — particularly in mild asthma exacerbations, bronchitis with wheezing, and cough associated with bronchospasm.
The triple action addresses mucus production, bronchospasm and expectoration simultaneously — providing comprehensive bronchodilation and mucus clearance. The 100 ml bottle is the standard family-size pack for general practice.
Cofar-A is manufactured by Trumac Healthcare under WHO-GMP conditions. Available for monopoly-based PCD pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing — a high-volume paediatric SKU.
