About Dobicam Capsule
Dobicam Capsule contains Calcium Dobesilate 500 mg — a synthetic vasoactive agent that improves capillary resistance, decreases capillary permeability and reduces platelet hyperaggregation. Used for haemorrhoids, chronic venous insufficiency and diabetic retinopathy.
Calcium Dobesilate provides symptom relief in haemorrhoids (pain, bleeding, oedema) and improves microcirculation in chronic venous disease. Long-established use in Europe and Asia.

Mechanism of Action

Adults: 500 mg two to three times daily after meals. Continue for 2–4 weeks for haemorrhoids; longer for chronic venous insufficiency.
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated. Mild GI upset, occasional fever, agranulocytosis (rare).
