About Nepharut N/F Eye Drops
Nepharut N/F Eye Drops is a multi-ingredient ocular preparation combining cooling agents (Camphor, Menthol), vasoconstrictors (Phenylephrine, Naphazoline) and the lubricant Carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%.
Indicated for symptomatic relief of red, tired, irritated eyes due to smoke, dust, swimming, environmental irritants and computer-induced eye strain.

Mechanism of Action
Phenylephrine and Naphazoline are alpha-adrenergic vasoconstrictors that rapidly reduce conjunctival hyperaemia. Camphor and Menthol activate TRP cold receptors providing a cooling sensation that subjectively soothes irritation. Carboxymethylcellulose is a hydrophilic polymer that lubricates the ocular surface.
Dosage & Administration
['Instill 1–2 drops in affected eye 3–4 times daily', 'Do not use for more than 3–4 days continuously (rebound redness risk)', 'Avoid in contact lens wearers']
