Mechanism of Action
Clobetasol Propionate is super-potent topical corticosteroid (class I) — strongest topical steroid. Reserved for severe psoriasis, lichen planus, and refractory inflammatory dermatoses. Strict short-course use due to skin atrophy risk. Neomycin is aminoglycoside antibiotic for gram-positive and many gram-negative bacteria.
Dosage & Administration
Apply thin layer twice daily for max 1–2 weeks.
