Mechanism of Action
Clobetasol Propionate is super-potent topical corticosteroid (class I) — strongest topical steroid. Reserved for severe psoriasis, lichen planus, and refractory inflammatory dermatoses. Strict short-course use due to skin atrophy risk. Salicylic Acid is keratolytic loosening hyperkeratotic skin.
