About Fungimac-V Vaginal Gel
Fungimac-V Vaginal Gel contains Clotrimazole 2% in a bioadhesive vaginal gel base with applicator. The higher 2% strength is suited for short-course intravaginal antifungal treatment.
It is indicated for vulvovaginal candidiasis (vaginal thrush), recurrent candidal vaginitis and candidal vulvitis with associated vulvar inflammation.

Mechanism of Action
Clotrimazole inhibits fungal 14-α-demethylase, blocking conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol — disrupting fungal cell-membrane integrity and producing fungicidal and fungistatic activity against dermatophytes, yeasts and dimorphic fungi.
