Mechanism of Action
Coenzyme Q10 is the mobile electron carrier of the mitochondrial respiratory chain — supplementation restores ATP production in tissues with high mitochondrial density (myocardium, sperm, brain). EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids that reduce triglycerides, stabilise membranes and lower thrombogenic eicosanoids. Lycopene scavenges singlet oxygen and protects LDL from oxidation.
