About Minowise-100 Tablet
Minowise-100 Tablet contains Minocycline 100 mg. Minocycline is a long-acting second-generation tetracycline with broad-spectrum activity and the best tissue penetration among tetracyclines. It is widely used for moderate-to-severe acne and rosacea.
Indicated for moderate-to-severe acne vulgaris, papulopustular rosacea, and other tetracycline-sensitive infections including selected RTI/UTI pathogens.

Mechanism of Action
Minocycline inhibits bacterial 30S ribosomal protein synthesis with broad spectrum activity. Beyond antimicrobial action it has anti-inflammatory effects relevant to acne and rosacea: inhibition of neutrophil chemotaxis, MMP suppression and free-radical scavenging.
Dosage & Administration
['Adults: 1 tablet once or twice daily (depending on strength)', 'Take with water, do not lie down for 30 minutes', 'Avoid simultaneous antacids, iron, calcium, dairy', 'Continue acne therapy for at least 3 months']
