About Coldifer-NL Tablet
Coldifer-NL Tablet combines Nimesulide 100 mg (anti-inflammatory analgesic), Phenylephrine 5 mg (decongestant) and Levocetirizine 5 mg (non-sedating antihistamine). Used for cold and flu with significant body ache, throat pain and allergic rhinitis — particularly when daytime alertness needs to be maintained.
Nimesulide provides better anti-inflammatory action than paracetamol for body ache; Levocetirizine offers low-sedation antihistamine effect compared to CPM-based combinations.

Mechanism of Action
Nimesulide selectively inhibits COX-2 reducing inflammation and pain. Phenylephrine vasoconstricts nasal mucosa. Levocetirizine blocks H1 receptors with minimal sedation.

Adults: 1 tablet two to three times daily for 3–5 days. Avoid prolonged use (Nimesulide hepatotoxicity risk).
