About Otriwise Nasal Spray
Otriwise Nasal Spray contains Oxymetazoline 0.05%, a long-acting alpha-adrenergic decongestant (therapeutically equivalent to Otrivin). Provides 10-12 hour relief from nasal congestion.
Indicated for symptomatic relief of nasal congestion due to common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and during diving / aircraft travel.

Mechanism of Action
Oxymetazoline is a long-acting selective alpha-1 / alpha-2A adrenergic agonist that constricts dilated nasal mucosal blood vessels, reducing swelling and restoring nasal patency within 5–10 minutes for 10–12 hours.
