About Cofar-ABR Syrup (100ml)

Cofar-ABR Syrup combines Terbutaline 1.25 mg with Acebrophylline 50 mg and Guaifenesin per 5 ml. Acebrophylline is a unique mucolytic-bronchodilator (xanthine derivative + ambroxol salt) providing both mucolytic and bronchodilator action. Combined with Terbutaline’s bronchodilator effect and Guaifenesin’s expectorant action, this is a comprehensive bronchospastic-productive cough therapy.

Particularly useful in moderate asthma exacerbations, severe bronchitis with wheezing, and post-viral airway hyperreactivity in children. Acebrophylline is more potent than plain xanthines for mucolytic action.

Cofar-ABR is manufactured by Trumac Healthcare under WHO-GMP conditions. Available for monopoly-based PCD pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing — a specialty respiratory paediatric SKU.
