About Coldifer-NF Tablet
Coldifer-NF Tablet provides Paracetamol 325 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg — adult anti-cold tablet with the higher CPM dose (4 mg vs typical 2 mg) for stronger antihistamine action. Used for cold and flu with significant allergic component.
Higher CPM provides stronger control of rhinitis, sneezing and itch but with increased sedation potential — typically reserved for night-time use or when sedation is desirable.

Mechanism of Action
