About Dotorac-100 Capsule
Dotorac-100 Capsule contains Racecadotril 100 mg — adult dose for acute diarrhoea. The enkephalinase inhibitor mechanism reduces fluid loss without slowing intestinal motility, avoiding the constipation rebound common with loperamide.
Particularly preferred for traveller’s diarrhoea, acute gastroenteritis in adults and adjunctive therapy alongside ORS.
