Mechanism of Action

- Adults: 75 mg IM once or twice daily for 1–2 days, switch to oral.

- Active peptic ulcer, severe heart failure, third trimester pregnancy, severe renal/hepatic impairment, aspirin-sensitive asthma, history of CV disease.
