Mechanism of Action

Dosage & Administration
Adults: 75 mg IM once or twice daily for 1–2 days, switch to oral.
Side Effects
GI upset, peptic ulcer, fluid retention, hypertension, cardiovascular events, transaminase elevation. Injection site reactions, sterile abscess (rare).
Contraindications & Precautions
Active peptic ulcer, severe heart failure, third trimester pregnancy, severe renal/hepatic impairment, aspirin-sensitive asthma, history of CV disease.
