Mechanism of Action
Luliconazole is an imidazole derivative with potent fungistatic and fungicidal activity. It inhibits fungal 14-α-demethylase, blocking ergosterol biosynthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a topical corticosteroid that induces lipocortin-1, suppressing phospholipase A2 and the inflammatory cascade.
