About Lulix-B Cream
Lulix-B Cream combines the potent imidazole antifungal Luliconazole 1.0% w/w with the topical corticosteroid Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.025% w/w. The combination addresses both fungal infection and accompanying inflammation.
Indicated for inflammatory tinea, eczematous fungal infections and tinea with marked pruritus — short-course use only (max 1-2 weeks).

Mechanism of Action
Luliconazole is an imidazole derivative with potent fungistatic and fungicidal activity. It inhibits fungal 14-α-demethylase, blocking ergosterol biosynthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Luliconazole has notably high MIC potency against dermatophytes compared to older imidazoles. Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a topical corticosteroid that induces lipocortin-1, suppressing phospholipase A2 and the inflammatory cascade.
