About Lulix-OC Cream
Lulix-OC Cream is a quad-action topical preparation combining Luliconazole 1% (antifungal), Ofloxacin 0.75% (fluoroquinolone antibiotic), Ornidazole 2.0% (anti-anaerobic) and Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% (super-potent corticosteroid). The four-way combination targets mixed dermatoses with fungal, aerobic, anaerobic and inflammatory components.
Indicated for inflammatory mixed dermatoses with secondary bacterial and anaerobic infection — short-course use only (max 1-2 weeks).

Indications
- Severe inflamed infected mixed dermatoses
- Tinea cruris with marked secondary bacterial infection

Mechanism of Action
Luliconazole blocks fungal ergosterol synthesis. Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, covering Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic pathogens. Ornidazole is a nitroimidazole active against anaerobes. Clobetasol is a super-potent Class-I corticosteroid that strongly suppresses local inflammation.
