Mechanism of Action
Iron is delivered as Ferrous Ascorbate / Ferrous Fumarate / Carbonyl Iron — among the most bioavailable oral iron forms. Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 capsule once or twice daily after meals.

Constipation, dark stools, metallic taste, occasional nausea. Generally well tolerated with food. Better GI tolerance than ferrous fumarate.

Iron overload disorders (haemochromatosis, thalassaemia), peptic ulcer, megaloblastic anaemia without B12 supplementation, pernicious anaemia.
