About Nadicam-Plus Cream
Nadicam-Plus Cream combines the imidazole antifungal Miconazole 2% with the Class IV corticosteroid Mometasone 0.1% and the topical fluoroquinolone Nadifloxacin 1% — addressing fungal infection, inflammation and Gram-positive bacteria including resistant strains.
Indicated for inflamed infected dermatoses with mixed bacterial-fungal aetiology including acne with secondary fungal component, infected eczema and complicated tinea — short-course only.

Mechanism of Action
Miconazole inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis. Mometasone suppresses inflammation via lipocortin induction. Nadifloxacin is a topical fluoroquinolone inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase, with strong activity against C. acnes and Staphylococcus.
