About D-OR Injection
D-OR Injection contains Vitamin D3 600000 IU in 1 ml for intramuscular injection — a single megadose alternative for severe vitamin D deficiency, patients with poor oral compliance, or those with malabsorption syndromes preventing oral vitamin D absorption.
The single 600000 IU IM dose provides supplementation equivalent to ~10 weeks of weekly 60000 IU oral dosing. Particularly useful in patients requiring rapid correction or where compliance with weekly oral therapy is poor.
