About Cofar-A Junior Syrup

Cofar-A Junior Syrup combines Guaifenesin 50 mg, Ambroxol 15 mg and Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM) per 5 ml — a paediatric cough syrup without Terbutaline, suited to children without significant bronchospasm. The CPM provides mild antihistamine action for the allergic/post-viral component of the cough.

Particularly useful in productive cough with allergic mucus or post-viral persistent cough where bronchodilator therapy is not needed. The combination of mucolytic + expectorant + antihistamine addresses three pathways simultaneously.

Cofar-A Junior is manufactured by Trumac Healthcare under WHO-GMP conditions. Available for monopoly-based PCD pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing.
