About Dinolex-2 Tablet
Dinolex-2 Tablet contains Dienogest 2 mg — a selective fourth-generation progestin specifically used for the treatment of endometriosis. Dienogest combines high progestational activity with moderate antiandrogenic action and minimal androgenic, glucocorticoid or oestrogenic effects, giving it a clean side-effect profile compared with older progestins.
Used as long-term therapy for endometriosis-associated pelvic pain. Continuous daily dosing produces a hypoestrogenic state that causes regression of endometriotic implants while avoiding the bone-density loss seen with GnRH agonists.

Mechanism of Action
