About Dinolex-E Tablet
Dinolex-E Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive (COC) containing Ethinyl Estradiol 30 mcg and Dienogest 2 mg. Beyond contraception, this combination is specifically approved for treatment of moderate acne in women requesting contraception, due to Dienogest’s anti-androgenic activity.
Used for contraception, treatment of moderate acne, dysmenorrhoea, menstrual irregularities and PCOS-related symptoms. The Dienogest component provides skin and hirsutism benefits alongside contraceptive efficacy.

Mechanism of Action
Ethinyl Estradiol + Dienogest suppress ovulation via negative feedback on pituitary gonadotropin secretion. Cervical mucus thickening and endometrial changes provide additional contraceptive mechanisms. Dienogest's anti-androgenic effect improves acne.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet daily starting day 1 of menstrual cycle, 21 days on + 7 days off (or 28-day continuous pack).
