About Dromac-M Tablet
Dromac-M Tablet combines Drotaverine 80 mg with Mefenamic Acid 250 mg — dual-action therapy for severe dysmenorrhoea, addressing both the uterine smooth muscle spasm (Drotaverine) and the prostaglandin-mediated inflammatory pain (Mefenamic Acid). Particularly effective for primary dysmenorrhoea with cramping.
Mefenamic Acid is the NSAID of choice for primary dysmenorrhoea due to its specific action on uterine prostaglandins. Combined with Drotaverine, this is one of the most effective combinations for menstrual pain.
