About Dromac-SPAS Tablet
Dromac-SPAS Tablet combines Drotaverine 80 mg with Diclofenac Potassium — used for severe spasmodic pain conditions: biliary colic, renal colic, dysmenorrhoea and post-procedural visceral pain. Diclofenac Potassium has faster onset than Diclofenac Sodium, providing rapid pain relief.
The combination addresses both the spasm and inflammatory pain mechanisms simultaneously for comprehensive colic management.

Mechanism of Action
