About DXN Tablet (10×10)
DXN Tablet contains Doxylamine 10 mg + Pyridoxine 10 mg + Folic Acid — first-line therapy for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP). The Doxylamine + Pyridoxine combination has been extensively studied and is the global standard for NVP. Folic Acid is added for routine pregnancy supplementation.
NVP affects up to 80% of pregnancies. This combination provides safe, effective relief while supporting fetal neural tube development through folic acid.

Mechanism of Action
Doxylamine is a first-generation H1 antihistamine with anti-emetic action. Pyridoxine (B6) reduces nausea by mechanisms not fully understood but well-established. Folic Acid supports neural tube development.
Dosage & Administration
Pregnant women: 2 tablets at bedtime; may add 1 tablet morning and afternoon as needed. Maximum 4 tablets/day.
