About Esorut-DSR Tablet
Esorut-DSR Tablet combines Esomeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg in dual-release format — addressing both acid suppression and gastric motility. Used for GERD with delayed gastric emptying, functional dyspepsia and motility-related GI disorders.
The DSR (Delayed-Sustained Release) technology allows immediate Domperidone release with delayed Esomeprazole release at optimal pH.

Mechanism of Action
