About Fasclot-TX Tablet
Fasclot-TX Tablet combines Etamsylate 250 mg with Tranexamic Acid 250 mg — dual haemostatic action for severe menorrhagia. Tranexamic Acid is an antifibrinolytic that prevents clot breakdown, while Etamsylate enhances capillary resistance.

Mechanism of Action
