Mechanism of Action
Myo-Inositol is a sugar alcohol that acts as second messenger for FSH/insulin signalling — improves ovarian response to FSH, restores ovulation in PCOS, improves oocyte quality, and reduces hyperandrogenism. D-Chiro-Inositol is the chirally distinct stereoisomer with complementary insulin-sensitising action — physiological ratio 40:1 (Myo:DCI) considered optimal. L-Methylfolate is active folate bypassing MTHFR enzyme limitations. Vitamin D3 deficiency is present in 67–85% of PCOS women and contributes to insulin resistance.
