About Thiowise-4 Tablet
Thiowise-4 Tablet provides Thiocolchicoside 4 mg orally — step-down from injection for continuing muscle relaxant therapy. Less sedating than other muscle relaxants.

Mechanism of Action
Thiocolchicoside is a GABA-A partial agonist in spinal cord producing selective muscle relaxation without significant CNS sedation. Used for acute musculoskeletal pain with spasm.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 4 mg twice daily for 5–7 days.
Side Effects
Drowsiness (less than other muscle relaxants), diarrhoea, mild GI upset.
Contraindications & Precautions
