Mechanism of Action
Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) is the active coenzyme form of Vitamin B12 — directly utilised by tissues without conversion. Essential for myelin synthesis, nerve regeneration, DNA synthesis, and erythropoiesis. Preferred over cyanocobalamin in peripheral neuropathy management. Alpha-Lipoic Acid is potent antioxidant — particularly effective in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (clinical evidence).
