About Trymosin-Plus Tablet
Trymosin-Plus combines three proteolytic-flavonoid components — Trypsin 48 mg, Bromelain 90 mg and Rutoside Trihydrate 100 mg — with the NSAID Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg, providing simultaneous anti-inflammatory, anti-oedema, capillary-stabilising and analgesic actions.
It is indicated for inflammatory pain syndromes — sprains, post-operative pain, sports injuries, dental swelling and acute musculoskeletal pain — where both pain and swelling require active treatment.

Mechanism of Action
Trypsin and Bromelain digest fibrin and inflammatory exudates, reducing local oedema. Rutoside stabilises capillary walls and reduces extravasation. Diclofenac competitively inhibits COX-1/COX-2, decreasing prostaglandin synthesis to produce direct analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect. The combination addresses pain, swelling and capillary leak through complementary mechanisms.
