About Ubiwise-LC Tablet
Ubiwise-LC Tablet combines L-Carnitine L-Tartrate 500 mg with Ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10) 30 mg — therapeutically equivalent to Ubinext-LC. The combination targets mitochondrial energy production in tissues with high ATP demand: sperm cells, cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle and brain.
It is widely used in male infertility (asthenozoospermia and oligozoospermia), heart failure adjunctive nutrition, statin-induced myopathy and chronic fatigue.

Mechanism of Action
L-Carnitine is essential for the transport of long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane for beta-oxidation. The L-Tartrate salt provides enhanced absorption. Sperm cells depend heavily on fatty-acid oxidation for motility. Coenzyme Q10 (Ubidecarenone) is the mobile electron carrier of the respiratory chain (Complex I → III → IV); supplementation supports ATP synthesis in mitochondrial-dense tissues including myocardium, skeletal muscle and sperm.
