About Benzar-AD Gel
Benzar-AD Gel combines Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% + Adapalene 0.1% — gold-standard combination for moderate inflammatory and comedonal acne. Retinoid prevents new comedones; BPO kills C. acnes.

Indications

Mechanism of Action
Benzoyl Peroxide is bactericidal against Cutibacterium acnes by generating reactive oxygen species. Mild keratolytic activity. Does not develop bacterial resistance. Adapalene is third-generation retinoid normalising follicular keratinisation.
Dosage & Administration
Apply once at bedtime to clean affected areas.
Side Effects
Local irritation (more than BPO alone), dryness, peeling, photosensitivity (use sunscreen).
Contraindications & Precautions
Pregnancy (Adapalene), severe irritation, broken skin.
