About Oxicus Cream
Oxicus Cream contains Oxiconazole Nitrate 1%, a broad-spectrum imidazole antifungal effective against dermatophytes, yeasts and dimorphic fungi.
Indicated for tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea versicolor and cutaneous candidiasis. Once-daily application is a convenience advantage over older imidazoles.

Mechanism of Action
Oxiconazole inhibits fungal 14-α-demethylase, blocking ergosterol biosynthesis. Once-daily application is possible due to its prolonged stratum corneum residence.
