About Truace Gel
Truace Gel is a 5-in-1 topical analgesic gel combining Aceclofenac 1.5% (NSAID), Methyl Salicylate 10% (rubefacient), Capsaicin 0.01% (counter-irritant), Linseed Oil 3% (omega-3 anti-inflammatory) and Menthol 5% (cooling counter-irritant).
It is widely used for muscle sprains, joint pain, osteoarthritis, backache, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia and post-traumatic soft-tissue pain — providing both immediate cooling/warming sensation and deep anti-inflammatory action.

Mechanism of Action
Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase locally, reducing prostaglandin-mediated pain and inflammation. Methyl Salicylate, hydrolysed to salicylic acid in the skin, provides additional COX inhibition plus rubefacient warming. Capsaicin depletes substance P from C-fibre nociceptors, downregulating pain signalling with repeated use. Linseed Oil (rich in alpha-linolenic acid) provides anti-inflammatory omega-3 substrate. Menthol activates TRPM8 cold receptors producing immediate cooling counter-irritation.
