Mechanism of Action
Bisoprolol is highly cardioselective beta-1 adrenergic blocker (~120:1 beta1:beta2) — preferred in patients with asthma/COPD where beta-blocker indicated. Strong evidence in heart failure (CIBIS trials). Amlodipine is dihydropyridine CCB causing peripheral vasodilation.

Adults: 1 tablet once daily.
