About Gemwise-K27 Softgel
Gemwise-K27 Softgel is a complete bone-health combination — Calcium Citrate (best-absorbed calcium salt), Calcitriol (active D3), Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin K2-7 (MK-7). K2-7 directs calcium to bone matrix and away from vascular calcification.

Mechanism of Action
Calcium Citrate is absorbed independently of gastric acid (unlike Calcium Carbonate). Calcitriol is the active hormonal form of vitamin D directly stimulating intestinal calcium absorption. Vitamin K2-7 (menaquinone-7) carboxylates osteocalcin and matrix Gla protein — directing calcium into bone and inhibiting arterial calcification.

Adults: 1 softgel once daily after food.

Constipation, mild GI upset, rare hypercalcaemia with high dose.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria, severe renal impairment, kidney stones, on warfarin (K2-7 interaction).
