Erito-Plus Tablet combines Cinnarizine 20 mg with Dimenhydrinate 40 mg — dual antihistamine action for severe vertigo and motion sickness. Dimenhydrinate is a classical antihistamine antivertigo agent providing strong vestibular suppression.
