About Tarcus Soap
Tarcus Soap combines Coal Tar 1% (keratolytic + antimitotic) with Salicylic Acid 3% (keratolytic) in a medicated cleansing bar.
Indicated for psoriasis (scalp and body), seborrhoeic dermatitis, dandruff with thick scale and other hyperkeratotic dermatoses.

Mechanism of Action
Coal Tar suppresses hyperproliferative keratinocytes (antimitotic) and reduces scaling. Salicylic Acid is a beta-hydroxy keratolytic that dissolves desmosomes and debulks thick plaques.
