About Cofar-DMR Syrup (100ml)
Cofar-DMR Syrup provides the higher-CPM-strength cough syrup (4 mg vs 2 mg) combined with Dextromethorphan. The double CPM dose is appropriate for adults and adolescents with significant allergic cough and pruritic symptoms requiring stronger antihistamine action.
Particularly useful in adults with strong allergic component to cough, urticaria-associated cough or severe allergic rhinitis with cough. Note that higher CPM increases sedation potential.

Mechanism of Action

Adults and adolescents: 5–10 ml three times daily. Children 6–12 years: 2.5–5 ml three times daily.
Side Effects

Hypersensitivity. Productive cough. Severe respiratory disease. Children < 6 years. Caution in elderly.
