About Dexflow-6 Tablet
Dexflow-6 Tablet contains Dexchlorpheniramine 6 mg — the dextrorotatory isomer of chlorpheniramine with approximately twice the antihistamine activity. Used for severe allergic conditions where stronger antihistamine action is needed than the non-sedating second-generation agents.
Particularly used in severe urticaria, allergic dermatitis with intense pruritus and acute allergic reactions. The 6 mg sustained-release format provides extended action with sustained anti-itch and anti-histamine effects.

Mechanism of Action
